Advertising: The Axe Effect or What Wankers Smell Like

I have no doubt that you have seen the latest Axe advert where a perverted man video's the breasts and backsides of beautiful South African girls. I had the pleasure of viewing this ad... during an ad break... between the kiddie's shows on a Saturday morning! Thank goodness I do not have any children or else I would have cringed with shame that adults would let this sort of ad be put on between children's shows, or allowed to be aired at all!

Why would any self-respecting man buy a product where an ugly/loser/nerdy/boring guy puts on a deodorant and then attracts the attention of beautiful woman's sexually appealing bits? This ad campaign is obviously directed at wankers who sit alone and stare at porn on their computers because they will never get a real girlfriend or, if by a miracle they actually do have a girlfriend or wife, they have no capacity to please their partners in any way, emotionally or physically. Shame. So, to answer my own question, no self-respecting man in his right mind would choose to be associated with this brand.

Single ladies, a tip for you. When assessing a potential partner, make sure that you don't end up with a loser by making sure that the guy does not wear Axe.

A tip for the Axe advertising team: Why not advertise at Teazers and Mavericks? That way you can target all the wankers at once!
